Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, August 17, at the Nelsen Funeral Home, Laburnum Chapel. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. the following day at Washington Memorial Park. Zeigler, Richard Thomas "Dick" ZEIGLER, Richard "Dick" Thomas, 90, of Sandston, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2008. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy A. Zeigler and son, Ricky Zeigler. He is survived by a daughter, Leah N. Zeigler; son, Barry Zeigler and his wife, Janice; daughter-in-law, Judy Zeigler; five grandchildren, Kevin, Amy, Sarah, Tina and Tommy, also 11 great-grandchildren.
